Best Brakes Drum & Rotor Numbering System

  • The Best Brakes numbering system contains four, five, and six-digit part numbers.

  • These part numbers are preceded with “GP” (Global Pro), “PQB” (Premium Quality Black), or “PQS’’  (Premium Quality Silver) when distributed to our customers.

  • Following AIMCOs old numbering system, the first two digits of the part numbers identify the product as a Drum or Rotor and the category of the vehicle.

Quality Manufacturing and Testing

Each Rotor/Drum is designed by professional engineers to match OE specs.

A casting mold is produced and checked for each rotor SKU.

The consistent pouring of molten ensures equal amount of heat through out the rotor eliminating air gaps.

All of the rotors are machined out of state of the art machinery.

Once machined the rotor will be Marposs tested for run-out.

Finally, the rotor will pass through a balance check before packaging.
